This week on People of Note, Rodney Trudgeon will be talking to MARIA BOTHA who is the founder of an exciting project called MUZUKIDZ that is committed to teaching children from all sorts of backgrounds and cultures musical instruments. To date, more than 350 primary school pupils have been given the opportunity to receive free violin tuition. Maria has a fascinating story to tell about how this project was set up, what the Suzukin method is all about and the sheer joy of seeing the youngsters from townships revel in their playing.
